About Us
JP Garden Maintenance provides garden maintenance, landscaping, fencing, and driveway services across Oxfordshire. By booking work with us you agree to these terms.
Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are free and non-obligatory.
- Hourly rates and fixed prices will be agreed before work begins.
- If the scope of work changes after a quote, we’ll agree any adjustments before continuing.
Bookings & Access
- You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area at the agreed time.
- Please inform us of hazards or hidden services (pipes/cables) before work starts.
- Pets and children must be kept away from work areas for safety.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We may request a deposit for larger jobs or materials.
- Late payment may result in refusal of future services.
Weather, Safety & Delays
Outdoor work is weather-dependent. We may delay or reschedule work due to weather, safety issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We’ll communicate changes as soon as possible.
Damage & Liability
- We take reasonable care while working on your property.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden defects outside our control.
- Where damage is caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to making good the affected area where reasonable.
Cancellations
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
